  • Individuals vulnerable to low-pay-no-pay-in-work poverty

  • Individuals who have experienced multiple disadvantage or adverse childhood experiences embarking on a career path 
  • Individuals leaving prison and seeking a new life as a contributing member of society 
  • Veterans seeking employment after leaving the forces
  • Re-housed individuals seeking employment after a period of homelessness
  • Anyone lacking opportunity and hope for a secure future





*The Porcupine Collective considers that the following factors amount to vulnerability, disadvantage or adverse childhood experiences: low income, parental separation or divorce, domestic violence, sexual abuse, addiction or family substance misuse, mental illness (or parental mental illness), incarceration (self or family member), homelessness, raised in care, physical or emotional abuse or neglect.
